Coach

As a coach, we help our customers play the game to the best of their abilities. we bring in the coaching tool-kit and expertise that gets them to plan, analyze, work together with discipline and get the most from their capabilities.

Aspire team has done an excellent job in engaging with key stakeholders while initiating the engagement and the team was very patient in interacting with us at every stage of the implementation and did course correction as required. They were very practical in their suggestions and very thorough in their research. There was a genuine interest within the aspire team to ensure that we take up the accountability for the action plans.

This engagement has provided better focus to our machine tool division. This new way of working has helped achieve quantifiable benefits. However, the most important point is the culture change that we have started. While it’s a difficult and long process, the Aspire team stuck it out with us, worked at all levels and pushed people to change. We now believe that this will be a lasting impact for which we have worked hard.
